Begin this guided meditation with a relaxing body sequence, using slow breathing to settle the nervous system and create a feeling of flow. From there, you’ll be guided through very light hands-on skin touch experience or simple visualization, inviting a sense of lymphatic flow clearing for lymph edema or just general well-being. Throughout the meditation, you’re supported by imagery of a flowing steam and supportive guides. Open lymphatic pathways and encourage flow with care and protection. You’ll also be guided into grounding connections to encourage an open flow pathway.

This 8 hour track is designed to decongest your lymphatic fluid, lymphedema, or inflammation while you sleep. It gently guides you through deep diaphragmatic breathing, body relaxation, and stimulation of the lymphatic pathways through visualization of light. It gently calls upon your healers to help guide your restorative flow so you wake refreshed, soft, and renewed. The track begins with a loving spoken guidance, and softens to a whisper. There is a gentle sequence repeated 3 times throughout the remainder of the track, as to not awaken or stimulate any senses for a deep, restful cleanse.
