What is it?
The lymphatic system is a pressure system. There are tiny lymphatic vessels in our bodies that rely on muscle movement, internal pressure, and balance to move fluid. Unlike the blood vessels, there is no "pump" to move lymph fluid.
We move lymph fluid with our breathing techniques, our muscles, and our hands.
Lymph fluid stays in one place when there are imbalances in the body.
Meditation begins with deep breathing techniques.
There are so many benefits from even simple meditation. Even the word "meditation" causes some people to recoil. Maybe we should call it "thinking" instead.
Prayer is talking to God. Meditation is listening to God. -Edgar Cayce

Meditating frequently may yield
Why does it matter?
Deep belly breathing is a big stimulating hug for the deep lymphatic trunk and the "heart" of the lymph system called the Cisterna Chyli. This is a major drainage point and feeds to the thoracic duct.
When you breathe deep in meditation, you are stimulating the intestines, this deep lymphatic system, the vagus nerve, and your "rest and relax" nervous system.
What happens next?
The internal pressures relaxes with each breath. Lymph may now flow freely when the body is relaxed.
If you’ve been feeling heavy, puffy, tight, or just disconnected from your body…the lymphatic flow meditations were created just for this.
They are guided self-care practices designed to support relaxation, body awareness, and gentle fluid movement.
Practice now:
Imagine there is a balloon in your stomach. Each time you inhale, the balloon fills with air.
Each time you exhale, the balloon deflates completely.
inhale now... Fill the belly balloon with air
exhale now...let the balloon relax completely.
inhale... fill the balloon all the way full
exhale... let your stomach relax fully.
perform a body check- what do you feel now?
Practice this throughout the day when it is safe to do so.
As I always say inside my programs:
You don’t push swelling out.
You reduce resistance so your body can move it on its own.
Where to Find My Lymphatic Meditations
You can access my guided lymphatic meditations in a few places:
Inside the 10-Day Swelldown™
The meditations are integrated into the full 10-Day Swelldown program, where we combine:
The program is designed as educational wellness support.
My other meditations take this deep breathing one step further.
I guide your hands through my words to perform light touching in a sequence on your body, if you wish. This is purely optional, just visualizing or imagining hands on your skin is beneficial as well.
Full Arm Lymphatic Flow Meditation- Found HERE
These are published on Insight Timer, an app focused on meditation and learning.
The longer guided meditation for the arm is more immersive.
It includes:
It blends physical instruction with emotional grounding ,which is intentional.
Because swelling isn’t just physical.
What These Meditations Actually Are
Let’s be clear.
They are guided relaxation with very light, skin-level touch or visualization.
They are built around principles you’ll see throughout my course.
We talk about this inside Swelldown materials and curriculum .
These meditations simply bring those principles into a slow, safe, repeatable rhythm.
What You’ll Feel:
Most women describe:
You are not forcing anything.
You are inviting flow.
The imagery earth grounding, light pathways, guardian guides, helps your nervous system settle. And when your nervous system settles, your vessels respond.
Here’s what I hear most often:
Physically:
Emotionally:
That emotional shift matters.
Sit.
Breathe.
Touch lightly.
Imagine flow.
You do not need a perfect routine.
You need consistency.
And you need someone who reminds you that your body is capable of change.
When you’re ready for structure and accountability, the 10-Day Swelldown™ is there.
And when you just need a moment of calm?
The meditation is waiting.

How can I help?
