1. Information I Collect

I may collect personal information that you voluntarily share, such as:

  • Contact information: name, email address, or phone number (only if you voluntarily share it through messages, forms, or bookings).


  • General wellness information: details you choose to share about your lifestyle, wellness goals, or habits.


  • Engagement data: Facebook automatically provides certain analytics, such as likes, comments, and message interactions.


  • Payment or booking information: if you register for coaching sessions or workshops through a third-party platform (such as PayPal, Stripe, or Calendly).


I do not collect or store any protected health information (PHI) or medical records, and I do not require you to disclose medical diagnoses.

2. How Information Is Used

Your information may be used to:

  • Communicate about wellness programs or classes


  • Schedule coaching sessions or workshops.

  •  Respond to questions or requests

  • Provide educational content and resources related to wellness, lymphatic health, and joint comfort.

  • Share occasional updates, newsletters, or promotional offers (only if you have opted in).


I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Information shared through Facebook Messenger or forms is stored securely within those platforms or on password-protected systems.


  • Any downloaded client notes or contact details are kept on secure, encrypted devices.


  • Information is retained only as long as necessary for coaching or communication purposes, then deleted safely.


Please remember that Facebook may collect additional data under its own privacy policies, which are separate from mine.

4. Cookies & Analytics

If you visit a linked website or booking page, cookies or analytics tools (like Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) may collect anonymous info about your visit.
You can turn off cookies anytime in your browser settings.

5. Data Sharing

I do not share personal data with outside organizations except:

  • When legally required to comply with applicable laws or respond to lawful requests.


  • With your explicit consent (for example, if you request a referral to another provider or partner).

  • This Page is hosted on Facebook, which independently collects data about your activity here (likes, comments, visits, etc.).

  • I use secure, password-protected systems and do not share personal data with unapproved third parties.
    While I take precautions, no online system is 100% secure.

  • Third-Party Tools

  • I may use trusted tools to help manage communication or bookings, including:
    • Calendly (scheduling)
    • Zoom (sessions or workshops)
    • Mailchimp (emails/newsletters)
    • PayPal or Stripe (payments, if applicable)

  • Each provider has its own privacy and security policies.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.


  • Withdraw consent for communications at any time.

7. Wellness Disclaimer

All information shared on this page and in related coaching programs is for educational and wellness purposes only. It is not medical advice, and does not replace care provided by a physician, occupational therapist, or registered dietitian. This session is for general wellness education and self-care support. It is not considered medically necessary treatment under occupational therapy services and does not replace care from your medical team. The training provided is not a treatment, intervention, cure, or guaranteed in any way. The educational wellness program is under the scope of a coaching business, owned and operated by Helping Hospital, LLC, and is s intentional separate and distinct entity from my OTR/L license. 

8. Updates to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in practices or legal requirements. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.

9. Children’s Privacy

My services and content are intended for adults 18+.
I do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Welcome! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) explain how you may use any coaching services, online programs, or downloadable materials (“Content”) provided by Helping Hospital Wellness Coaching.
By purchasing, accessing, or using this Content, you agree to follow these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use or access the Content.

🔹 1. Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms apply to anyone who participates in or purchases Helping Hospital’s wellness coaching, digital courses, or resources.
You confirm that you are 18 years or older (or the legal age in your area) and able to enter into an agreement.

🔹 2. Purpose & Scope

Helping Hospital provides educational wellness coaching focused on lymphatic and joint health.
All information shared is for general wellness, lifestyle, and self-care education only.

Although the founder is a licensed Occupational Therapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist, all services offered under Helping Hospital Wellness Coaching are not occupational therapy and not part of any medical or rehabilitation plan.

Participation does not create a therapist–client relationship and should not replace professional medical care.
You are encouraged to consult your healthcare provider before making any health, diet, or exercise changes.

🔹 3. Ownership & Use of Content

All videos, materials, and downloads are the property of Helping Hospital and protected by copyright law.
You may use the Content for your own personal learning only. You will have access to online content for 1 year from the date of purchase. This access may be terminated at any time. 

You may not:

  • Copy, share, or resell the Content


  • Claim it as your own


  • Use it in your own teaching or business programs without written permission


  • Modify, remix, or reproduce it in any form


🔹 4. Access & Delivery

After purchase or registration, you’ll receive access details for your course or materials.
Access may be limited by time, device, or number of downloads. 

Delivery may be live or recorded. No materials are sent, this is a 100% digital purchase. No make ups will be offered, you may be sent a replay if you miss a live event that was previously scheduled.

Use of Aggregate Anonymized Data

Notwithstanding the confidentiality obligations herein, the Coach may use aggregated, anonymized, and de-identified data derived from client information for the purposes of business analysis, improving coaching programs, marketing, research, and reporting, provided that such data does not identify or reasonably permit identification of any individual Client.

"Aggregated" means data combined from multiple clients, and "Anonymized" means all personally identifiable information has been removed or sufficiently masked so that re-identification of individual Clients is not reasonably possible.

This aggregate anonymized data may be shared internally or with trusted third parties solely for the purposes described above and in a form that ensures the continued confidentiality of individual client information.



🔹 5. Refunds

Because all materials are digital and available immediately, all sales are final.
Refunds may be offered only in rare cases, at our discretion.

🔹 6. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, designs, and logos belong to Helping Hospital Wellness Coaching.
You agree not to copy, distribute, or misuse any part of the Content or brand.

🔹 7. Ending Access

Helping Hospital may suspend or end your access at any time if these Terms are violated.
After termination, you must stop using and delete any saved materials.

🔹 8. Wellness Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The Content is provided “as is”, with no guarantees or warranties.


  • Information shared is for educational purposes only and not medical, psychological, or occupational therapy advice.


  • Always consult your doctor or licensed healthcare professional before changing your health routines.


  • Helping Hospital Wellness Coaching is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from how you use the Content.


🔹 9. Indemnification

You agree to protect and hold harmless Helping Hospital, its owner, and team from any claims or costs that arise from your misuse of the Content or violation of these Terms.

🔹 10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

If a disagreement occurs, both parties agree to try to resolve it informally first. Client resumes all costs associated with legal fees.

SwellTrack™ Digital Tool

Helping Hospital, LLC

This Addendum applies specifically to the purchase and use of SwellTrack™ (the “Tool”), a digital educational assistant provided by Helping Hospital, LLC.

By purchasing or using SwellTrack™, you agree to the following additional terms:

1. Educational Purpose Only

SwellTrack™ is an educational support tool designed to help users organize and refine daily habits related to swelling and general wellness.

SwellTrack™:

  • Does not diagnose medical conditions

  • Does not provide medical advice

  • Does not prescribe treatment

  • Does not replace consultation with a licensed healthcare provider

  • Does not create individualized medical plans

All content is for educational and informational purposes only.

Users are solely responsible for any actions taken based on information generated by the Tool.

2. Not Therapy or Medical Services

Use of SwellTrack™ does not establish:

  • A therapist–client relationship

  • A patient–provider relationship

  • An occupational therapy relationship

  • Any form of medical supervision

The Tool operates independently from Valerie’s occupational therapy license and clinical practice.

3. User Responsibility

By using SwellTrack™, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy and applicability of information provided.

  • You will consult your healthcare provider for medical questions, symptoms, or concerns.

  • You will not rely on this Tool for medical emergencies or urgent health matters.

If you experience sudden swelling, pain, redness, heat, fever, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms, seek medical care immediately.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

SwellTrack™ operates using artificial intelligence technology, attempts to make ethical use are enforced.

While designed with structured educational guidance, AI-generated responses:

  • May not always be complete or accurate

  • May not reflect your specific medical circumstances

  • Should not be interpreted as professional medical instruction

Helping Hospital, LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from use of the Tool.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helping Hospital, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages

  • Personal injury

  • Health complications

  • Misinterpretation of educational content

  • Decisions made based on AI-generated responses

Use of the Tool is at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All SwellTrack™ content, including:

  • Frameworks

  • Language

  • Swelldown™ methodology

  • Educational structure

  • Branding

  • Graphics

are the intellectual property of Helping Hospital, LLC.

The Tool is licensed for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Resell

  • Share access

  • Train other AI systems using its content

Addendum to Privacy Policy

SwellTrack™ Digital Tool

1. Data Handling

SwellTrack™ operates through the ChatGPT platform.

Helping Hospital, LLC does not directly collect, store, or control user conversations within the AI system.

Users are responsible for reviewing OpenAI’s privacy policies regarding data handling.

Helping Hospital, LLC does not guarantee confidentiality of information shared within the AI interface.

Excessive automated scraping, reproduction, redistribution, or misuse of generated content may result in revoked access without refund. Use of SwellTrack™ is for your own use and in no way is Helping Hospital, LLC liable for any result of using the platform. By using SwellTrack™ , you agree to release liability to the owner.

Users are advised not to enter:

  • Sensitive medical records

  • Social Security numbers

  • Financial account information

  • Highly confidential personal data

2. Purchase Data

When purchasing SwellTrack™, Helping Hospital, LLC may collect:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Payment details (processed via third-party payment processor)

Payment information is handled securely by the payment processor and not stored directly by Helping Hospital, LLC.

3. No HIPAA Compliance

SwellTrack™ is not a HIPAA-compliant medical platform.

Users should not treat it as a protected medical communication system.

Client Responsibility for Legal Fees

The Client understands and agrees that all services, sessions, programs, and materials provided by tHelpingHospital, LLC are for education and general wellness support only, and are not medical advice, not a substitute for clinical care, and not provided within the scope of occupational therapy or any licensed healthcare practice.

In the event of any claim, dispute, or legal action related to the Client’s use or misuse of the Services, the Client agrees to assume full financial responsibility for all associated legal costs. This includes, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, court costs, arbitration fees, expenses related to enforcing these Terms, and any other costs incurred by the Company in responding to or participating in such matters.

If the Company becomes involved in any legal matter as a result of the Client’s actions, decisions, statements, or failure to adhere to these Terms, the Client agrees to reimburse the Company for all reasonable legal fees and related expenses.


If unresolved, it may proceed through mediation or arbitration depending on local law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Kansas, USA] without conflict-of-law principles.

Helping Hospital may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
Continued use of the Content means you accept the new Terms.
